The parent company EyeSense Management AG is located in Basle, Switzerland.
It was founded in February 2006 as a spin-off of Novartis AG, Basle and CIBA Vision, Atlanta, USA.
Its investors are BioMedinvest, Life Sciences Partners, Novartis Venture Fund, Private Life Bio Med,
Alstertor Private Life, Bayern Kapital and some smaller private investors.
Operations are run at the German headquarters in Großostheim near Frankfurt a.M.
